HARRISON Lee is proving age is not a factor when it comes to achieving your dreams. The 10-year-old dancer from Castle Hill is one to watch.
Harrison, who has been dancing for four years has already excelled in the McDonald's Performing Arts Challenge and performed in Disney Land with students from the Caper School of Performing Arts.
This year he was awarded second place in the under-10s classical solo and third place in the under-11s boys championship at the Sydney Eisteddfod. He also achieved 99 per cent in his RAD ballet exams.
Harrison said he felt `really lucky to have had all these really cool things happen.
``I love to dance,'' he said.
``None of my school friends care that I am boy who likes to dance.
``I want to get first place at the McDonald's Performing Arts Challenge and when I get older I want to dance with the Australian ballet as a principal dancer.''
His mother Cindy said it was meant to be and you could see the music going through him.
``Harrison is one of a kind; he is amazing,'' Mrs Lee said.
``He does everything in rhythm.
``He never walks into a room.
``He leaps and pirouettes.''
