Are you in Year five or six and are committed to representing young people commemorate the tradition to honour our fallen ANZACS? Well if so Castle Hill RSL wants you!
Castle Hill RSL is looking for a youth ambassador to play a key role in all ANZAC Day events including: the 2012 launch of the Castle Hill ANZAC Day Primary Schools Educational Kit and the ANZAC Day events.
All you have to do is write in 200 words or less or send a two minute Youtube video to anzacyouth@castlehillrsl.com.au by the 2nd March 2011.
The winner will speak at the launch of Castle Hill RSL’s 2012 Primary Schools Educational Anzac Kit on the 14th March and be involved with the ANZAC Celebration at Castle Hill on ANZAC Day.
RSL president Warren Glenny said ANZAC Day is a day to remember and reflect on the brave men and women, past and present, who’ve risked their lives defending our country.
"I encourage all year five and six students to be involved with this competition and celebrate the ANZAC tradition!”
