School holiday fun for the children

■ Funny Bunny's Nursery Rhyme Adventure

Children will have the opportunity to sing and dance with Humpty, Bo Peep, Old King Cole and Princess Lily in the show Funny Bunny's Nursery Rhyme Adventure at Castle Hill RSL Club on Tuesday, January 22, at 10.30am.

Bring a toy or book for the Hospital Toy appeal.

■ Under the Sea

Join Vanessa and her marine animal friends on an underwater adventure.

Children will have the opportunity to explore marine habitats, investigate animal adaptations, hear facts and learn how to reduce impact on the marine environment using stories, aquatic specimens, marine artefacts and some live sea animals.

Free with general admission.

Under the Sea will be held at The Powerhouse Discovery Centre from Tuesday, January 15.

■ A Fish Story

A Fish Story is an imaginative performance for children involving problem solving and creative play.

Suitable for all ages.

Free with general admission.

■ D.I.Y activities

This summer Bunnings Warehouse Norwest will entertain the kids with free Kids D.I.Y. Workshops during the school holidays.

Expert team members from the store will keep kids occupied with a range of hands-on D.I.Y. activities, teaching them fun projects they can try out at home.

Workshops are suitable for children up to the age of 11. Workshops will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the school holiday period.

■ Feature Creatures

Children will be provided with an educational experience when they meet lizards, crocodiles, snakes, turtles, spiders and insects up close.
