Two men have been charged with street racing after an an undercover police car clocked the drivers doing 30km/h over the speed limit on January 3.
Police allege the two men were stopped at a red light on Windsor Road, Kellyville and accelerated rapidly up to 109km/h in a 60km/h speed zone.
The men were fined $799 and had their licenses confiscated.
They will face Parramatta Local Court on February 4.

Licence suspended for speeding
A Leonay man has had his licence suspended after police caught him driving 30km/h over the speed limit in Baulkham Hills on January 6.
The man was clocked driving 106km/h in a 70km/h speed zone along the M2 near Windsor Road.
He was fined $799 and suspended from driving for three months.
On January 5 another person was caught driving 30km/h over the speed limit on the M2 near Pennant Hills Road.
The Old Toongabbie woman, 27, was clocked driving 104km/h in a 70km/h speed zone.
She was fined $799 and had her licence suspended.
Thieves steal jewels
Police are looking for thieves who broke into a Baulkham Hills house on January 8 and stole several pieces of jewellery.
The thieves forced open a lock on a rear door and ransacked the house before leaving.
There were no witnesses to the incident.
