Property worth up to $30,000 was stolen last Wednesday during an aggravated break and enter in Kellyville.
Thieves broke into Bluebell Court home at 3.30am and stole a large television, Xbox, clothing, a handbag and $170 cash.
Police said thieves also took a set of car keys and drove off with off with a 2012 Toyota Yaris valued at $25,000.
The car features the numberplate BN7 3SH and is still listed as stolen.
Police said if the car is found don’t approach but instead preserve for fingerprints.

Police charged a Glenwood man with attempting to drive a car with a a mid-range blood alcohol limit on January 19.
The man was stopped at 1.16am in McDougalls Lane, Castle Hill with three friends in a Toyota Camry.
Police said when they approached car the 27-year-old driver was seen in the driver’s seat with the break light on.
According to police the man turned his car engine off quickly and told officers he was just moving car parking spots.
A breath test and registration check revealed the man had a mid-range blood alcohol reading of 0.126 and was already suspended from driving.
Police charged him with attempt to drive mid-range and drive while suspended.
He will face Parramatta Local Court on February 4.
A Winston Hills man was charged with possessing a prohibited drug last Thursday after stopped his car on Windsor Road, Kellyville.
The 19-year-old tested negative to alcohol but handed police $100 worth of cannabis.
He will now appear in Parramatta Local Court on February 13.
A Wakeley man was fined for shop lifting last Wednesday at Bunnings, North Parramatta store.
The 23-year-old was allegedly seen by loss prevention officers to place several store items under his shirt including a extractor bolt, drill bit set and a nail puller.
He left the store at 10.10am without paying for the items and was stopped by security.
Police said he admitted to stealing the items and was fined $300.
