Man caught riding motorbike 45km/h over limit

A man’s licence has been suspended after police allegedly detected him riding his Yamaha motorbike 45km/h over the speed limit in Kellyville last night.

About 7.30pm, Wednesday, January 30 Highway Patrol officers were stopped at the intersection of Green Road and Wrights Road in their unmarked sedan.

Waiting in-front of their unmarked car was a blue Yamaha motorcycle being ridden by a 24-year-old Kellyville man.

The bike was allegedly detected travelling at 160km/h on Green Road.

His licence was suspended on the spot.

He is due to face Parramatta Local Court on Monday, March, 11.
