Four new food stores have opened at Castle Mall shopping centre, Castle Hill.
Castle Mall's fresh food section now includes Supa IGA, Tongli Supermarket, Castle Hill Fruit World, Krishan Spice Centre, MD Meats, MD Seafood, Shelton’s Quality Meats, Piece Of Cake and Smiling Bakery.
A Towers spokeswoman said customers will now be spoilt for quality, value and choice with award winning sausages from Shelton’s Quality Meats, cakes baked the old fashion way from Piece of Cake, fresh Sashimi straight from the tank of MD Seafood’s or sticky Peking Duck from the roasters of MD Meats.
Castle Mall’s Centre Manager Martin Ollis said: “we were very excited to welcome four new retailers to Castle Mall and provide our customers with great value, convenience and variety with all of their fresh food needs on one level".
On Saturday, February 9 the centre hosted a grand opening celebration with activities for the whole family including; cooking demonstrations with chef Brady Ough, food sampling and free face-painting and balloon art for the kids.
Customers also had the opportunity to take advantage of grand opening special offers.
Owner Thomas Jin of Tongli Supermarkets, the largest and number one Asian supermarket chain in Australia is very pleased to be joining the Castle Mall family.
Mr Jin said: “Tongli Supermarkets specialises in high quality Asian grocery products with many of our own exclusive products available".
"We have great buying power and can offer these savings to our customers.
"Customers can enjoy 10 per cent off until Sunday, February 24, but some exclusions apply.

Castle Mall includes stores: Trade Secret, Direct Shoe Warehouse, Supa IGA, Tongli Supermarket and more than 35 specialty stores and the centre includes more than 200 undercover car spaces.
