Police are investigating four assaults on Saturday at licensed hotel on Windsor Road, Rouse Hill.
Police said the trouble started at 12.30am when two females had to be separated at the bar for fighting.
This was followed by another incident at 2.15am when a man, 22, was punched while leaving the venue.
At 3am there were two more fights with one man suffering a suspected broken arm.
Police said the fight started after the victim intervened in an argument between a man and a woman.
He was thrown to the ground and hurt his arm.

Garage break-ins
Home owners are being reminded to make sure their garages are properly secured following two recent break-ins in Carlingford.
Police said last Thursday an $800 bicycle was stolen from a house on Post Office Street between 8.25pm and 5.20am.
A similar theft occurred at a vacant house nearby when thieves stole an $18,000 Yamaha jetski from a garage.
Don’t leave it in the car
Police have renewed calls for motorists not to leave valuables in their cars following six incidents at Castle Towers last Thursday.
Several items were taken from parked cars including an iPod, car seats and two Apple laptops.
Police said stealing from motor vehicles was happening more often with thieves often targeting bags for credit card fraud.
