Police are appealing for public assistance after two men were attacked with iron bars and a house brick during a robbery in front of a service station at Kellyville.
Just before 2am today (Sunday, March 17), two men aged 30 and 26 attended a service station on Windsor Road.
Police have been told as the men approached the entrance to the service station, a group of up to 10 males assaulted them with iron bars and a broken house brick.
The alleged offenders, who are only described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, took the men’s wallets, mobile phones, and watches before leaving in a red Subaru.
The two men were treated by ambulance paramedics and taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening head injuries.
The Hills police are investigating the incident and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
