It was lights camera action at the ICHIJO display homes at HomeWorld Kellyville last Thursday when Foxtel filmed the three new designs just opened for home buyers to inspect.
The filming was for Australia’s Best Houses program hosted by architectural and design writer Gary Takle and airs on the Foxtel’s channel 183.
Takle has written 17 books on architectural design and takes the program around Australia filming the best houses.
The ICHIJO houses were chosen for the program because of their energy efficiency program which sees ICHIJO home owners reducing their energy bills by up to 50 per cent.
The company has two 7 Star homes and one 8 Star home now open at HomeWorld Kellyville and according to Nick Marino, ICHIJO’s sales manager who was interviewed for the Foxtel program, the response to the designs has been overwhelming.
‘‘Our selection of new energy saving designs with a choice of facades and upgrade options has been very well accepted,’’ Mr Marino said.
The ICHIJO homes have been recognised by the National Asthma Council Australia with their Sensitive Choice® Award.
The first ICHIJO segment of the Australia's Best Houses will be aired at 8.30pm on September 3.
