THE Hills News M2 Run for the Hills may be the ideal place to start your Christmas Shopping early, thanks to The Designer Markets.
The event, on October 20, is an 8-kilometre fun run and festival that will start and finish on Main Street, Castle Hill.
There will be more than 70 stalls set up on Main Street, Castle Hill, from 10am to 3pm selling a unique range of clothing, accessories, baby and kids items, homewares and more — none of which can be found in large retail stores.
The Designer Markets director Elena Saadie, from Stanhope Gardens, said it will be a "fantastic day".
"I'm extremely proud to jump on board and assist such an amazing annual event," she said. "With a young family myself and a Hills local I wanted to help raise funds to support changing the lives of babies and pre-schoolers with delays or disabilities."
Event organiser Reach for the Rainbow was created by Yvonne Keane, who thanked all event partners.
"Run for the Hills will be a fantastic family day out that won't cost an arm and a leg," the Kellyville resident said.
The day long festival, from 10am-4pm, will have a free kids carnival courtesy of Blo Hair & Beauty, a free kids' zoo with 45 animals and free pony rides thanks to NAB Castle Hill and Baulkham Hills.
