The Hills police pulled over three people — including a learner driver — for drinking.
Police say a 28-year-old learner driver from Dundas was pulled over on Kissing Point Road, Oatlands, at 7pm on Friday for a stationary random breath test.
He was driving alone and recorded a positive reading of 0.018 at Granville police station, where he was stripped of his licence and issued a court attendance notice. He will attend Parramatta Local Court on November 11.
On Saturday, a woman, 40, from Kellyville, recorded a low-range reading of 0.068 after being being stopped for a random breath test on Mile End Road, Rouse Hill, shortly after midnight. She is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on October 28.
On Sunday a man, 25, of Belfield, was stopped on Windsor Road, Rouse Hill, at 2.15am, for a breath test.
He recorded 0.095 at Castle Hill police station and is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on October 28.
