A NEW indoor-cycling centre has opened in the north-west.
Called Pelotone, the indoor studio includes a 55-bike studio, lockers, change rooms with showers, a lunch lounge, a merchandise shop and free parking.
Pelotone director Karen Newham said the studio also featured cycling coaches and training systems.
"Our cycle coaches are motivated, in great shape and ready to ride," she said.
"Many of them also live in the Hills and are sought-after cycle coaches, including Amanda Oblea, Julie-Anne Roche and Tim Pickering.
"Pelotone provides options for indoor-and-outdoor cyclists.
"Pedal power burns 1000-2500 kilojoules in 30 to 60 minutes.
"That's your morning tea and latte dealt with.
"Pelotone is using the iQniter Cardio training system for its performance metrics, one of the leading systems in the world."
