Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a three-vehicle collision on Pennant Hills Road, West Pennant Hills, this morning.
The crash caused major delays during peak hour traffic.
Police said the crash, which happened just before 5am today, involved a truck and two utes.
Two men, both driving utes, sustained non-life threatening injuries and were treated at the scene before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.
The truck driver was not injured.
Emergency services remained on scene for several hours.
All northbound lanes have re-opened and southbound traffic was being diverted at Beecroft Road.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the collision are continuing.
