Nikolas Dimitriadis of Castle Hill is 17 and plays soccer for Western Sydney Wanderers National Youth League Squad and Blacktown City FC.
1. What’s your favourite sport?
My favourite sport is definitely football.
2. How often do you play or practice?
At the moment I’m training three nights a week with the Western Sydney Wanderers Youth Team. Plus I do my own personal training an extra three times a week. During the winter season I normally do 10 sessions a week.
3. What’s your greatest achievement so far?
Apart from going overseas to Italy in 2007 with the Blacktown City Demons development squad, travelling to China with the Central Coast Mariners Academy in 2010, recently being selected in the Nike ‘The Chance’ Trial and playing for Blacktown City FC for the last three years in the NSW Premier League, by far my greatest achievement so far has been being called up to train with the Western Sydney Wanderers National Youth League Squad and now becoming a permanent train on player with the squad.
4. What do you hope to achieve?
I hope to one day become a professional footballer and if I’m lucky enough to play for the Wanderers. However, my parents expect school to be my first priority.
