A Maroubra woman was allegedly found with documents and stolen mail during a police search in Winston Hills in the early hours of Wednesday.
Castle Hill Police were patrolling the M2 near the Abbott Road exit at 2.20am when a Honda Accord was stopped.
During a search police allegedly found a smoking pipe used for crystal methamphetamine, a Visa card and documents in the name of another person in the woman's handbag.
Inside the car police also allegedly found bank insurance documents and other documents belonging to residents from Parramatta, South Windsor, Annandale and Rosehill.
The woman was charged with two counts of goods in custody and with possession of identity information.
The woman was given conditional bail and is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court on February 12.

$700 nearly lost
A Glenhaven man, 83, nearly lost $700 after giving his bank password to a man posing as a Commonwealth Bank employee.
During the call on January 18 at 1.40pm, the victim was told he must change his password after someone tried to make a bank transfer from his account to India.
After giving his password to the caller, the resident later received a text from Commonwealth Bank advising him of a real attempted transfer to an account in India.
The bank told police the attempted transfer was cancelled and the matter is under investigation.
