The Nutrition and Wellbeing Clinic in Castle Hill is inviting The Hills community to learn how to eat smarter.
As part of Australia’s Healthy Weight Week, the clinic is holding free healthy recipe cooking demonstrations to help residents learn healthy recipes.
Dietitians will demonstrate and share easy meal tips. Then taste and test, and have all your questions answered.
February 18: Easy everyday breakfast ideas. How to whip up a no-cook sticky porridge with delicious variations on the theme.
February 19: Bring-a-plate. How to please a crowd with healthy, happy food you can take to a party!
February 20: De-mystifying tofu! How to choose and use an ancient Asian ‘super food’ in your own kitchen.
February 21: Lunchbox combos for busy mums and dads. How to pack a healthy lunch box to engage a fussy eater.
