Steve Willis — aka The Commando, and one of the country’s most sought-after trainers — is coming to Castle Hill to whip residents into shape.
But get in fast because there’s only 100 spots available in the intensive training session with The Biggest Loser identity, Commando Steve.
Castle Hill’s Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge trainer, Vanessa Battatio, will host the group outdoor session at Castle Hill Showground on June 21 which, said Commando Steve, would push participants to their limits while building power, stamina and mental strength.
“The training will focus on functional movement, taking participants outside their comfort zone while ensuring everyone has a sound understanding of correct form, technique and range of movement,” Commando Steve said.
Ms Battatio, who lives in Castle Hill, said it was a real coup to secure Commando Steve for the local training session.
‘‘No doubt Commando Steve will bring his terrific training to the session, which will see attendees put through their paces both physically and mentally,’’ she said.
Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge has trained more than 100,000 people in outdoor fitness sessions nationally in 70-plus locations including Castle Hill and Kings Park.
