Do you know a young artist who wants to perform the national anthem at The Hills Council meetings?

Mayor Michelle Byrne wants to open the floor to local singers and musicians.

‘‘Our old tape of Julie Anthony singing the national anthem has been played hundreds of times and it’s time we open it up to local musicians,’’ she said.
