THE Wentworthville Magpies will have plenty of motivation heading into this week's clash against the bottom-placed North Sydney Bears.
For one, the Magpies head into the game off the back of a disappointing 34-14 loss to Newcastle.
And for another, not one player from the second-placed Wentworthville team was selected for the NSW Cup Representative side.
The good news is that the team will, for the most part, not be disturbed and could possibly have some late inclusions with the Eels NRL team having the bye.
One player to keep an eye on is USA international Bureta Faraimo, who is leading the NSW Cup in linebreaks (21) and is second in tries (14).
The Magpies are currently on 26 competition points — two behind leaders Penrith.
