More than 5000 people — 77 per cent of them women — have watched rapping dog puppet Scoop Dogg’s music video It Ain’t Cool To Be A Stray.

Scoop Dogg has been working with Hornsby Council for years helping animal control officer Phil Jebb educate children about the best way to care for their dogs.

“I don’t want to be one of those rappers with a big head, but this is obviously the greatest meeting of art and public service since We Are The World,” Scoop said.
