SERVICE with a smile is what makes the Little Rock Café North Rocks really worth a visit.
Hiding in the corner of Westfield North Rocks, this chirpy little café, which recently won the 2012 Hills Local Business Award's best cafe category, is perfect for lunch or coffee to catch up with friends.
A great way to kick-off a gourmet meal is the vegetarian Greek salad (pictured bottom) for $9.90.
But if you're looking for something more flavoursome, for a dollar more, the tomato bruschetta with balsamic dressing will not disappoint.
It was almost too hard to decide between the San Giovanni pasta or the chicken gamberetti for the main course — so why not try both?
The pasta was served with chilli, onions, garlic and a rosetta sauce, but the best thing about this dish were the surprising prawns inside.
The serving sizes were more than generous and freshly squeezed orange juice complemented what was a fresh, but filling meal.
"Quick coffee service and lovely wait staff" are why barista Hayley Stephenson recommends the café.
