St Paul’s Anglican Church is holding two Concerts for Compassion, on August 20 at 7.30pm and August 23 at 2.30pm.
The cast involves an orchestra of more than 30 players and a choir of 50 voices, plus a children’s choir and soloists. The featured guest artist will be soprano Annabelle Chaffey.
All proceeds go to the work of Compassion International which helps release children from poverty.
The music will have an international flavour and includes selections from stage and screen as well as the works of Christian composers.
