Three people I would love to invite to dinner: His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Audrey Hepburn and Kath Day-Night.

The best advice I ever received was: One day at a time.

The most amazing thing I've ever done is: The birth of my two beautiful sons, James and Thomas.

If was was down to my last $10 I would spend it on: A skinny cappuccino and donate the rest to PetRescue.

My greatest fear is: Sleeping past the alarm when I'm supposed to be on my bike at Pelotone.

My fantasy job: Coaching my classes at Pelotone, giving them a great experience and fitness results.

If I could have a super power it would be: To end all animal cruelty and animal poaching.

My favourite phrase is: "Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, but she did it backwards and in high heels."

My hidden talent is: I make rocky road to die for.

If I could travel back in time, I would love to see: Life in the 1950s.

The one thing I will never throw out: My physical culture medals.

True love is. . . What the world needs now.

My last meal would be: Laksa.

My first car was: A white Toyota Corolla I named Gretchen.

I’m always being asked:  How do I get rid of the fat and shape my (insert body part here).

My most embarrassing moment was...Turning up to teach a group fitness class in two different shoes, a blue 'Asics' shoe, a white 'Brooks' and not knowing until one of my regulars announced it in the middle of the class.

What people may not know about me is: I love and collect shells.

Weirdest thing in my glove box: Sorry, nothing weird in there!

I wish I hadn’t:  Lost my Big Pink Teddy.

My earliest memory is:  Working with my dad in the garage (he is a builder).

On my bedside table is:  A big bottle of water.

People say I look like: Renee Zellweger.

A movie I think everyone should see:  Avatar - hopefully understand its message.

In the future.... I will live in the present.

Favourite book as a child:  The Silver Brumby series by Elaine Mitchell (I still have them).
