HILLSBUS is one sponsor which has jumped on the Run for the Hills ride.
The third annual Hills News M2 Run for the Hills is on Sunday, November 23 and will support Lifestart, a Baulkham Hills charity that provides life-changing early intervention to babies and preschoolers with a disability.
The charity has supported more than 1000 families this year.
Proceeds will go towards Sing and Grow, Lifestart's eight-week music therapy program for ages 0-3 and their families.
Partnered by the Hills News and Transurban (Hills M2), the 8km run starts at 8am with the street festival kicking off at 10am.
Thanks to Hillsbus, a gold sponsor, winners will receive cash prizes of:
■ Male winner: $1000;
■ Female winner: $1000;
■ Junior boy winner: (16 and under) $500; and
■ Junior girl winner: (16 and under) $500.
The winners from each race category will receive a Run for the Hills trophy, as will the second and third place winners from each race category.
Jim Glasson, chief executive of Hillsbus, is proud to support Run for the Hills for the second time.
"It provides not simply an opportunity to support local community engagement, but importantly raises funds to support and change the lives of local children and their families"

"It provides not simply an opportunity to support local community engagement, but importantly raises funds to support and change the lives of local children and their families," Mr Glasson said.
Hillsbus has recently renewed the contract with Transport for NSW to provide bus services in The Hills district and the M2 corridor.
The festival includes live entertainment throughout the day on the main stage in the pop-up park, complete with fresh green grass and the Designer Markets, where you will find the latest in women's, men's and children's apparel, plus accessories, homewares and much more.
Kids will love the NAB KidsZone, where they can play, ride and create for gold coin donations.
This year former Yellow Wiggle Sam Moran is Run for the Hills ambassador.
He will be the official race starter and will also perform two Sam and the Bam Bam Bino's shows.
