The Mustang Owners Club of Australia NSW is hosting the 33rd annual All American Day on the rooftop of the blue car park at Castle Towers.
From 10am, more than 500 American-made cars will be on display including Mustangs, Corvettes and Pontiacs.
Club member Wayne Feneck, from Glenhaven, will show his 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback at his fourth muscle car show.
Mr Feneck bought his first Ford Mustang in 1986: a 1970 Mach 1.
"My parents wanted me to buy a house but I bought the Mustang first. I have no regrets," he said.
"Every time I go to a petrol station it takes half an hour to get out of there; it's incredible."
Asked what he loves about Mustangs, he said: "I think the shape.
"It's very iconic, just a unique car."
He joined the Mustang Owners Club to be with like-minded people.
"It's a good bunch of people and just a lot of fun," Mr Feneck said.
"We do breakfasts and lunch runs, a lot of general outings, get-togethers.
"There's always something on."
Entry is free.
Categories include vintage and veteran, muscle cars, cruisers, hot rods and pick-ups.
Towers Ted will make a special appearance.
