"No running. No pushing. No bombing. No spitting," reads the sign by the swimming pool, as you pass through the turnstile. The sun is rising and your Speedos sagging from the toll of a thousand tumble-turns. It's dull sport but your knees are too shot to jog any more. You plan for 20 laps but lose count somewhere about 16.
