A three-car crash on Pennant Street, Castle Hill, this morning led to two cars being towed away and one driver being issued with a traffic infringement notice.
Hills crime manager Gary Bailey said the crash occurred at Pennant and Castle Streets - behind the Castle Towers Shopping Centre - around 8.45am.
"Vehicle one was travelling north along Pennant Street and went to make a right-hand turn into Castle Street right in front of vehicle two, which was travelling south, which then hit vehicle three, which was stationary in the right-hand lane a few car lengths behind vehicle one. [The vehicle was] waiting to turn right," Detective Inspector Bailey said.
He conceded it would be easier to explain with a diagram.
"No one was hurt and all three drivers were negatively breath-tested," he continued.
"Driver one - who was considered responsible - has been issued with a traffic infringement notice.
"Two cars had be towed away."
