Hills netballers Kristina Brice and Paige Hadley have been selected in the under-21 Australian team to tour the Caribbean in November.
The Australian Institute of Sport pair were picked in a squad of 14 to play Trinidad and Tobago’s senior and under-21 teams, followed by a three game series against the under-21 Jamaican team.
Brice said she was thrilled with the call-up and that the experience would help her prepare for next year’s World Youth Cup in Glasgow.
‘‘Trinidad and Tobago have also qualified for the World Youth Cup next year so it will be a good opportunity to go out and test ourselves,’’ Brice said.
"I'm really excited to be picked in the squad .
''It's always an honour to represent your country and compete on the international stage."
The Australians depart for the Caribbean on November 14.
