Dyson Heydon: Fresh threat to royal commission amid claims over email access

The Abbott government's multimillion-dollar inquiry into trade union corruption has been delayed again amid fresh claims that email traffic relating to a Liberal Party function was withheld from union lawyers when they originally applied for the royal commissioner Dyson Heydon to step down last week.
