We can't keep up. It's fireworks one minute and new love nests the next for our favourite scandalous duo.
Robert Pattinson is said to have forgiven Kristen Stewart for cheating on him with married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.
According to The Sun, the Twilight actor has taken the moral high ground, apparently letting bygones be bygones with the hope of mending his relationship with his girlfriend.
A source told the British tabloid that the pair "pretty much decided they couldn’t live without each other.
"Kristen poured her heart out to Robert and told him it was a one-off and a mistake."
The newspaper reports that the pair are back together and have moved into a new LA apartment - and Pattinson seems to be thoroughly understanding.
"Rob sees it as Kristen made a really stupid mistake", the source told the newspaper. "Rob can see how truly sorry Kristen is and has totally forgiven her. They really do love each other."
The news comes after rumours hinted that a heartbroken Pattinson was planning to move back to his native England.
In the meantime, Sanders' estranged wife, model Liberty Ross, appears to have moved on from the scandal and stormed the runway for Alexander Wang at New York Fashion Week just days ago. Speculation is already rife that the affair was nothing more than an elaborate - if Kamikaze-style - publicity stunt.
As much as we can't help thinking the apparent K-Stew/R-Pattz reunion is not the end of the chapter, the latest twist in the saga may restore calm among the many ranks of disappointed Twi-hards who went into mourning when their idols parted ways in July.
And, if the patched-up couple find that they need to borrow some brown sugar, the newspaper reports that their new neighbours happen to be none other than Hollywood couple du jour, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
