THE third Fresh Food Kids Variety Night is at Castle Hill RSL Club to raise money for the Children's Hospital at Westmead.
In 2008 about 180 people turned up and raised $13,000 and in 2009 about 400 people packed out the venue and donated $18,000.
For just $50 guests get a two-course dinner and a show.
Winston Hill's Milko Foucault (pictured), 52, is the brains behind the event.
He said donations from the event went straight to a good cause.
"It's a good way to give back to the community," he said. "People have a good time and it's also a great social gathering.
"My friends and entertainers [in the show] are always willing to help.
"I try to keep the show based around The Hills region as much as possible.
"When you ask for donations it's better when it's a local effort."
He hopes to at least get the same result as three years ago.
Foucault's third instalment of the show will feature a team of 27 performers, including Roddy Montez, Ziggy Zapata, Caitlin Fimmano's HQ dance company and Bobby Bradford.
Also performing will be Rikelle Turner and Sheridan Gaudry, specialists in French and European music and both from Foucault's production Under the Skies.
Foucault encouraged The Hills locals to support the event.
"There's always somebody who at least knows someone who's had the necessity of being cured by the hospital. It's a good night of entertainment. There's a great orchestra and it's supporting a great cause."
