My earliest memory is: Sundays in summer on Bronte Beach in a large Italian group.

On my bedside table: Magnifying glasses.

My most embarrassing moment . . . Being of Italian heritage, holidaying in Italy and criticising the locals on a train in Italian and forgetting they could understand me.

My biggest fashion faux pas was: Triangle hair style.

Favourite book as a child: As a teenager, Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice.

A movie I think everyone should  see:Gone with the Wind.
