TO "sweat the alphabet and dance the digits" is what you can expect from the latest fitness fad, Bokwa — launching in Castle Hill on Thursday.
Bokwa is the latest dance craze, starting in Los Angeles, drawing on South African dance and music.
And director of Nu Look Dance and Fitness, Sara Siniska-Scott, is among the first in Australia to become a newly accredited Bokwa instructor.
"Basically the moves are based on letters and numbers," Ms Siniska-Scott said.
"So if you can move and spell, you can do Bokwa.
Ms Siniska-Scott, a dance teacher, personal trainer and former Zumba instructor, was introduced to Bokwa at the international fitness convention in Sydney this year.
"It's perfect for people who think they can't dance, all ages and fitness levels and both men and women.
"It's non-stop, unlike Zumba. Everybody does the same thing, but at their own pace.
"It's very structured and you will dance to the latest top 40 hits."
Bokwa, Thursday, 7.15pm, Castle Hill Grand.
