Four teen girls have been seriously injured, two critically, after a crash in Sydney's west on Friday afternoon.
Police said a car and a truck crashed on Horsley Drive in Wetherill Park at around 1pm.
The driver of the Toyota Echo, a 23-year-old man, was left with minor injuries, while all four female passengers remained trapped in the car until they were cut out by emergency services.

Two of the girls, believed to be in their teens, were taken to Westmead Hospital, one in a critical condition and the other with serious injuries, while the others were taken to Liverpool Hospital with serious injuries, police said.
Westmead said both patients were stable, with one remaining in a serious condition, on Friday evening.
Liverpool said one of their patients, 16, was in a critical but stable condition on Friday evening. The other girl, also 16, was stable.
The truck driver, 28, was not injured.
Police set up a crime scene, which was examined by crash investigators in the hours after the accident, and the car and the truck were taken away to be examined further.
Both drivers will undergo mandatory blood and urine testing, police said.
