A woman has been knocked unconscious and two men have suffered dislocated limbs after a brawl in Sydney's CBD on Saturday night.
Two groups of people were walking past one another on Lime Street about 10.30pm when "words were exchanged," police said.
Police arrived after reports of up to 10 people fighting. Four men, all aged 29, and a 27-year-old woman were taken to St Vincent's Hospital in Darlinghurst. The woman had been knocked unconscious.
One man had a broken nose and dislocated shoulder, another a dislocated knee, another a cut above the eye and a fourth man suffered a bruised and swollen eye.
Four alleged offenders had fled the scene but officers from the Sydney City Local Area Command arrested them nearby.
Three of the offenders, aged 18, 22 and 23, were charged with affray. A fourth, 23, was charged with affray and malicious damage.
They were granted bail to appear before the Downing Centre Local Court on August 17.
