Factory fire break out in North Rocks

Sixty firefighters were called to a factory fire at Loyalty Road, North Rocks yesterday when a blaze broke out at 5pm.

The fire caused extensive damage to the factory and closed Loyalty and nearby North Rocks roads when heavy smoke blanketed the area.

A NSW Fire and Rescue spokesman said workers were required to evacuate from the factory but no injuries were reported.
