ROAD CLOSURE: Brookhollow Avenue's western end will be closed for eight months as part of the construction of the Sydney Metro station at Norwest.

A part of Norwest Business Park road Brookhollow Avenue will be closed for eight months.

The western end of the road will be closed in March so that workers can continue constructing Norwest Station and an underground tunnel beneath Norwest Boulevard can be built.

Part of the closure will also help upgrade and install traffic signals at the Norwest Boulevard, Brookhollow Avenue and Century Circuit intersection.

People will not be able to turn right into the eastern entrance of Brookhollow Avenue from 6am to 10am, Monday to Friday, to prevent cars heading from the opposite direction being backed onto Windsor Road and Showground Road.

A similar road closure happened in 2014 when the western end of Brookhollow Avenue was closed for four months to help with the construction of the Sydney Metro.
