Two of Australia’s finest rock bands, Baby Animals and The Screaming Jets, will hit the road together this June for their 2017 national tour, Once Only Double or Nothing.
Fronted by Suze DeMarchi and Dave Gleeson, fans can look forward to a four on the floor night of rock complete with a massive set list.
Scott Kingman, The Screaming Jets’ guitarist, has been with the band for the past 12 years and said he was first introduced to the four-string bass instrument when he did work experience in a musical instrument store.
“I was about 17-years-old and I got offered a job there. I left school half way through HSC and it all kicked off from there,” the 49-year-old said.
“My brother helped me along the way. He was a great guitar player so I had a bit of a leg up in getting a few gigs secured through him.”
Kingman said Baby Animals and The Screaming Jets share a fond relationship for one another.
“We’re stoked to be playing with the Baby Animals. They’re old friends of all of ours and are very well respected from our lads,” he said.
“It’ll be a full on rockin’ show! We’re all looking forward to it.”
Sing along to songs such as Better, One Word, Helping Hand, Painless, Shivers, Early Warning, October Grey, Rush You, Eve Of Destruction, Needle, Make It End.
“We’ll play the new and the old,” Kingman said.
