HEARTMOVES CLASS: Is on offer at Wirreanda Baptist Care Retirement Village, West Pennant Hills. This low to moderate intensity exercise class is suitable for older adults with a range of conditions or for anyone who wants to stay healthy and active. The class is on Friday mornings at 9.15am.
