Rouse Hill Town Centre has teamed up with The Hills Council to host what promises to be one of Sydney’s largest Christmas-themed outdoor light events.

The Hills Illuminate was postponed last Saturday due to poor weather and will now kick off this Thursday night with a huge inflatable light installation and interactive artworks projected on illuminated cubes throughout the town centre.

Organisers describe the free event as “Vivid with a twist”. The centrepiece of the three week event will be the eight metre by eight metre inflatable cube at the heart of a pop-up precinct in Market Square. Music and entertainment will add to the atmosphere, and get an Instagram selfie frame to capture your best #lightupthehills photo.

Hills Illuminate will run every evening starting from this Thursday, December 7 until Saturday, December 23. Visit: summerseries.com.au.
